It should not escape notice that arguments about unleashed dogs are a lot like arguments about gun control. {Dog, Gun} problems are a result of a few irresponsible owners. {Dog, Gun} ownership is a right. We are taxpayers - {Dog, Gun} owners deserve fair treatment. We don't need new laws for registering and restricting {Dogs, Guns} - just enforce the laws that are on the books.
