I saw somebody on a Motorized Scooter in the Woods today. I told him this wasn't allowed. I will also ask the ConCom whether such things like this are permitted.
The regulation is - [the following is prohibited]
Operate a motor vehicle (the term "motor vehicle" includes, without limiting the generality of the same, any car, truck, bus, motorcycle, motorbike or snowmobile) on conservation lands.
What he had was a motor vehicle but technically not a Motorized Bicycle, but a Motorized Scooter under Massachusetts Law.
